How to heal vaccine injury! Quentin’s powerful healing protocol!


This is the result of extensive research for over two years on how to heal vaccine injury. We had to re-adjust many findings frequently.

We also tried things that were not working, and we went into the wrong directions several times, but we are convinced now that we really did find a way.

This article is as short as possible because nobody has time nowadays. Some important sources are linked at the end.

How do vaccine injuries happen?

In short – the poison that has entered your body through a needle injures your cells. Those cells are then susceptible to viral, bacterial and fungal infections. This can lead to many problems in your body, like for example extreme fatigue, bowel and stomach problems, vision problems, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, brain fog, diabetes, etc., even cancer and death. 1. Monitor your resting pulse

The resting pulse will give you a very good indication about your body’s health. The higher the worse.

If your regular average resting pulse is a 68, and it goes up to e.g. 76 you know that you did something wrong.

The problem might be related to food, pesticides, mold, drinking water pollution or other unhealthy things you did digest in one way or another.

We are using a FitBit and monitor the average resting pulse with the FitBit app.

2. Avoid bad food

We started to follow a lectin-free diet from Dr. Gundry, but modified it to be (more or less) vegan. (2) The lectin-free diet is likely also very good when it’s not vegan.

Very important is to avoid any foods that could have been treated with Glyphosate (a harmful herbicide & pesticide). After eating bad foods you will immediately see your resting pulse going up, which shows that your body has to deal with a problem. When we ate for example black beans that most likely got sprayed with severe amounts of Glyphosate the resting pulse (and regular pulse) of our son went always through the roof. (3) (4) (7)

Avoid the Dirty Dozen! (5)

Avoid any processed food and food with a lot of artificial stuff in it! If there is something in the ingredients that you don’t know, don’t buy it.

When you follow this protocol you should be able to eat “normal” again after a few months. 

Also avoid bad drinking water. Use either a good filtration system or buy really good bottled water like Fiji water.


3. Use super-high doses of vitamins

The vitamins are most likely the most important part of the healing protocol, because when we started to supplement vitamins in high doses everything changed immediately to the better. For example the joint pain was gone the very next day.

The improvement was unbelievable, and we have learned that LOW DOSES of vitamins DO NOT HELP (much)!!!!

Please find the full list of vitamins that we are using DAILY below.

Every vitamin should be of high quality (and organic when possible). If you think about trying this, you might need to adjust the doses to your liking, and to what your body can tolerate. (Please watch the video of Prod. Saul to find out more.)


4. Exercise and breathe fresh air outside!

This is an important part of it even if you have only 10 minutes a day, please go OUTSIDE! Sunlight and fresh air are vital for life.

Also vent your home every morning and every evening. The CO2 concentration might otherwise rise to dangerous levels.


5. Avoid Gluten-free food that is not organic!

You might have found that you have Celiac Disease, which is also likely caused by vaccines.

The problem is that for example Gluten-free pasta contains very high amounts of Glyphosate. (X)

That means, if you need to use Gluten-free food, do mostly buy ORGANIC >and< Gluten-free (both has to be visible on the package at the same time), at least at the beginning of this protocol.

Later when your body is better again, you should be able to just eat organic pasta or food, because your Celiac disease might have disappeared.


What also helps!

Daily celery juice

Our son is drinking celery juice (made of ORGANIC celery) every morning!

We did acupuncture from time to time and it seemed to help too. Especially when Quentin had joint pain. Sometimes he had it in both knees, both elbows and the wrists. He was always very tired after the detox acupuncture, which showed that it obviously did something to his body.

Our son is doing an Epsom salt ice-bath every day because it also helps him after playing tennis as a nationally ranked athlete by preventing sore muscles.


All this has worked very well for our son, who was seriously injured. (6) – I know that it’s a lot of effort, but just imagine a life without fatigue and pain. It’s worth to try it!

PS: I might change some vitamins from time to time.
